One of the frustrating aspects of eating healthy foods is choosing what to eat on a daily basis. That leads me to the point of this post: Have a small variety of healthy foods and meals you want to eat and stick to JUST that list.
You may think that having a large variety of different healthy foods to choose from will keep you motivated to stick with your goals (I used to think that way). But in actuality, having a large variety of different healthy foods for you to choose from in your diet will make it harder for you to stay committed to it. This is because of five simple reasons:
1. You are putting yourself into a situation to possibly slipping into eating something shouldn't be.
2. It can get pretty expensive.
3. It could get very frustrating.
4. You could end up wasting food.
5. It could cause you to over eat.
Eating the same healthy meals/foods on a daily basis is much more effective for you to lose weight and fat faster, plus it will help you stay committed to your goals much more easier.
Make a list of different healthy meals and foods you like to eat and stick to eating what's on your list. To make it where you won't get tired of eating the same foods, diversify what's on your list and make different types of meals or include additives to those foods.
I'm not going to lie to you, it can definitely get boring eating the same healthy foods every day, however, if you want success to lose weight faster, this is one of those things that can be highly effective in producing the results you desire.
