How you think is very important regarding your health. How you think about illness and disease disease can improve or impede your recovery.

If you are faced with illness or disease, it is important to think to improve your chances of getting better. We do not want your illness or disease to generate your thinking. We want your thinking to be triggered by your motivation to be in good health.
