Shrink Belly Fat Faster With These EASY And FUN Cardio Exercises

Today I would like to talk about how you can "shrink belly fat" faster with the following EASY....and FUN cardio exercises!

If there is one thing I dreaded when I first started on my weight loss journey, it was the thought of going into the gym doing long boring cardio exercises!!

Not only is long cardio exercises boring.....they're also ineffective to shrink belly fat and help you lose total body fat in a good time frame. You would be walking on the treadmill FOREVER just to lose a couple of pounds!

So, we have the following dilemma: Most cardio exercises take too long. Plus, most cardio exercises will not burn off calories at the rate you want them to.

What would be the solution to this problem? It's simple: Fun, short, and intense cardio exercises. What type of cardio would fall into those categories? Sports and recreational activities!

Imagine that.....have fun and lose fat and pounds at the same time!

Don't feel as though you HAVE to do "typical" cardio exercises in order shrink belly fat and lose those pounds. You can achieve the results you want with sports and activities.......and have fun while you do it!

I always felt that dreaded feeling of not wanting to go to the gym with the thought of spending 45 minutes on a freaking treadmill! That was until I stepped onto the basketball court at my gym. Let me tell you, in all honesty, I don't think I would be where I am at today if I didn't fall in love with playing basketball! Once I learned how to play basketball better, my affinity for the game grew....and belly fat disappeared!!!

Besides following a that is how I motivated myself in the beginning to lose weight and get rid of fat......HAVE FUN while doing it!! Nowadays I don't need basketball to get motivated to get to the gym, it's now second nature to me and I love all types of exercises. However, I still do play basketball daily as part of my cardio routine.

There are plenty of different types of sports and activities that ANYONE can do. You have tennis, racquetball, bike riding, roller blading, jumping rope, heavy bag boxing, and more!

Heavy Bag Boxing (Another one of my favorites, and a great stress reliever!): 250-400 Calories
