Are Signals Bad?

There is no doubt that some signals are inconvenient and irritating. How many times has the red light inconveniently brought your drive to a halt, even when there is no traffic in sight? Yes, red lights are sometimes frustrating, inconvenient and perceived to be unnecessary.

Likewise, we sometimes get very inconvenient and irritating medical and psychological signals. Before concluding these signals are bad, let’s look at their function.

Psychological and medical signals, which are sometimes called symptoms or diagnoses, are not bad and not to be ignored. Psychological and medical signals let us know that something could go wrong and become very bad, if we do not take healthy action.

The function of psychological and medical signals is positive and health driven, even when we feel the signals are inconvenient, irritating or minor.

The function of physical and psychological signals is to motivate us take better care of ourselves immediately. Some of these decisions may be too seek medical treatment or to engage in a program of physical and mental fitness. The function of physical and psychological symptoms are for us to awaken and realize where we need to make changes in our lives.

Remember, We Live within the Bodies and Environment Created by Our Choices!
