Did you know that on average, humans will walk over one hundred thousand miles in their lifetime which is the equivalent to walking around the globe four times? Tiny tooties were apparently a sign of attractiveness to prospective husbands. Ouch!

For swollen feet, try warm water with salt (and then perhaps follow up with something that smells nice!). The salt helps to reduce swelling.

Do not wear the same shoes everyday – especially not 6in heels ladies!
Practice foot yoga and stretching – good for the muscles, removing cramp and relaxing!
