We hear so much about the baby boomers. We also hear so much about how the baby boomers are getting into their retirement ages. A lot of products have come out catering for this particular demographic. Well, among all the products that you may come across, there are few foods that people believe have great effects on anti-aging.

Before you want to buy wrinkle creams, age defying products, you may want to take a look at some of the food that listed below.

With good contents of phytoflavinoids, antioxidants and potassium, blueberries are great in reducing risk of heart disease and also it is a great anti-inflammatory. What's more, blueberries help to maintain and enhance your mental alert, one big thing to cope against aging!

Acai berries have contents of flavinoids and antioxidants that can help fight against free radicals in our body that usually do damage to our skin. iii) Fish oil - we always know fish oil is good for us: lowering risk of heart disease. What's more about fish oil? It help strengthen our joints, providing anti-aging effect on our skin.
