New Healthy Food Blog Launched

Hearty handshakes and welcoming pats on backs for a new weblog covering natural foods, organic ingredients, fair-trade products, veg-friendly recipes, sustainable farming, whole grains, organic wines and all that sorta stuff.

The website appears to be a collaborator effort but run by Heidi fromIt is the sort of niche blog that should do well in a rather crowded arena. Articles so far cover rice, winter cooking and some odd looking thing made from cork and dangling off someones arm - oh, its a cork bracelet. Nice. Then there is an interesting post on flax seeds and a nice looking recipe for wild rice with cranberries.
