Get skin beauty in 5 minutes

I post my contant in avery simple language that everyone understand easily. I am starting a series of skin care tips from this post. My first post of this series is, how to get beautiful face in just five minuts.
So let us start
Beauty means an attractive personality with a charming face. There are some routine work that can help you to improve your beauty.
Our skin look decides our beauty. To get our skin fresh and smooth, we will have to add some routine work in our daily routine. This will maintain our skin beauty.
First thing is we will have to take a complete sleep approximate eight hours daily.
wake up early in the morning and go to in a fresh air and take deep breath for up to five minuts daily. After taking deep breathing relax for five minuts with closed eyes.
Main thing in breathing is timing of breath in and breath out. It should be the same. Do not try to suddenly breath in more or suddenly breath out more.
It can be fatal. So keep it in mind. I am sure that if you follow these two steps daily for only five minuts, your can improve your skin beauty and your skin will start to be glowrious and smooth.
