Food Fight! 15 Healthy Foods Vs. 15 Popular Unhealthy Foods

"If you start on a healthy lifestyle, you can't eat this, you can't eat that, you need to eat this healthy food, you need to eat that healthy food, and on, and on, and on!"

So what do I do then?!

Despite typical ideology, dieting and living a healthier lifestyle is NOT torture! As I always say, dieting and living a healthy lifestyle is changing your habits and way of living...not adding something to it.

I'm going to borrow a motto from the Marines here: Improvise, adapt, and overcome.

1. You can't have pizza? Make your own healthy pizza.
2. You can't have sugar? Have honey.
3. You can't have that refreshing sweet iced tea? Have refreshing homemade iced green tea....with honey.
4. You can't have white bread? Have whole grain wheat bread.
5. You can't have burgers? Have turkey burgers.
6. You can't have salt? Have sea salt.
7. You can't have chocolate? Have dark chocolate...in moderation.
8. You can't have milk? Have fat free, skim, or 1% milk.
9. You can't have sour cream? Have mashed avocado & tofu.
10. You can't use ketchup? Use organic ketchup.
11. You can't have milkshakes? Have protein shakes.
12. You can't have white rice? Have brown rice.
13. You can't have ice cream? Have non fat yogurt.
14. You can't have juice? Make your own fresh squeezed juice.
15. You can't use cooking oil? Use olive oil
