Top 10 "Good Problems" You'll Experience While Living A Healthy Lifestyle

If you are trying to lose weight, build muscle, and/or burn fat, you'll eventually experience one or all of the top 10 "good problems" to have while living a healthy lifestyle....

In no particular order:

1. You're constantly needing to go shopping for new clothes due to your consistent weight loss and fat loss.

2. You're rarely hungry and have to force yourself to eat one of your 6 meals for the day.

3. People have to take a double-take in order to recognize you.

4. You're constantly going to the bathroom since you are drinking plenty of water daily.

5. You get sick at the sight or smell of junk foods.

6. You know how much calories, carbs, and/or fat is in particular foods without reading the nutritional facts.......which will drive people crazy!

7. You get upset if you can't make it to the gym or to do your home exercise session.

8. People are always staring at you with you new hot body (this may not be a problem for some....lol).

9. You receive a barrage of compliments on an everyday basis. At first it's flattery.....

10. You do everything in your power to avoid missing a meal.
