Greens First Health Drink

We need to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables every day. Fruits and vegetables give us vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. Another reason we need fruits and vegetables is because of their high doses of potassium, magnesium, and calcium plus low their doses of sodium.
